Barbara Ruth Smith, 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Kindred Hospital at Clear Lake.
Barbara's children, Gwendolyn, Rondy (Cheryl), and Taffy, 24 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren. Mother-in-law, devoted friends, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A Public Viewing is Friday, February 9, 2024, from 5-7 pm, there will also be a visitation at 8:30am, followed by a service celebrating her life on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 9:30 am and all services at Shiloh AME Church, with Pastor Brenda Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
