Barbara C. O'Keeffe
Jennings: On Monday March 8, 2021, Barbara Claudette Harrell O'Keeffe, loving wife, and mother of three, passed away at the age of 86. Claudette, as her friends and family knew her, was born on April 30, 1934 in Gainesville, Texas to Reace and Estelle Harrell. She married Lloyd Wayne O'Keeffe on June 15, 1949. They raised three children, Cynthia, Wayne Jr., And Sherry. She loved to travel, see the country, and meet new people. She also loved animals,
to dance and socialize. Claudette will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Claudette was preceded in death by her parents, Reace and Estelle; her husband Wayne Sr.; her son Wayne Jr.; her daughter Sherry; her granddaughter Haley; her grandson Shane, and her Brother Reace Jr.
She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Berkshire (Jay); her grandchildren Stephanie, Michael, And Tara; her eleven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, there will be no funeral.
Claudette will be laid to rest at Restlawn Cemetery in La Feria, Texas with Private Family Services.
Flowers may be sent to the Cemetery.
