Barbara Ann Miller

Barbara Ann Miller, 87, born in Houma, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2025, at The Cottages of League City. She was the daughter of the late Manson and Alma Cocke of Texas City.

Barbara is now reunited in heaven with her devoted husband, Michael Miller, and her children, Cynthia Renaud and Melvin Halfmann Jr., along with her grandchild, Jacob Bean.

She leaves behind her daughters, Deborah Bean, Machel Forrester, and Lisa Hutchins, who is married to Stephen Hutchins. She is also survived by her stepsons, Troy Miller and Trae Miller, along with his wife, Melissa, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her sister, Jane Barber.

A celebration of life will be held at Emken Linton Funeral Home in Texas City, Texas, on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
