Barbara Francis

Wilson....Barbara Francis, age 86, died peacefully July 14, 2025. She was born in New Hampshire to the late Herman and Bertha Loomis. Barbara worked as a waitress for many years; she was a licensed beautician, worked in Saratoga Springs, NY helping with the Carousel in Congress Park Funding: College for Mildred Elley for business. She enjoyed eating out, shopping, going to the casino, line dancing, going to the Moose and the VFW, and generally just socializing. She loved her family and her friends. Barbara was able to do extensive traveling to Monaco, Mexico, and France, before making Wilson, NC her home she lived in Saratoga Springs, NY, and Ormond Beach, FL. She is survived by her daughters, Pam Staab (David) of Wilson, Jerri Maroney (Brian) of PA; son, Maynard Francis (Denise) of NY; brother, Russell Loomis (Linda) of VT; grandkids, Nicole Bradshaw, Christopher Francis, Skyler Maroney, Adam Maroney; great-grandkids, Aria Fisher, John Bradshaw, Jr., and Lucille Bradshaw.
