Age 79, died peacefully on November 9, 2022 at home with her loving husband Lee at her side. Barb was born December 6, 1942 in Lebanon, Tennessee to her proud parents Elizabeth Williams and Ralph Williams. Barb and her two siblings, William "Butch" and Suzanne, were very close. She loved living in Tennessee as a southern belle. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and went on to become a teacher for many years. Barb had three children: twin sons Ryan "Christopher" and Bryan, and daughter Lauren. Later in life she found and fell in love with Pastor Leland Evenson. She took great joy in being a pastor's wife. Together they served, prayed and counseled others. Being a talented vocalist, Barb was part of the worship team at church. She loved music and especially praising and giving glory to our Lord. She enjoyed Bible Studies and spending time with friends and family. Some of her hobbies over the years included golf, waterskiing, and traveling. Barb is survived by her husband Lee; children Ryan Reid, Bryan Reid and Lauren (Jeff) Meyer; stepchildren Mark (Marilou) Evenson, Shanna (Todd) Halvorsen and Scott (Karen) Evenson; grandsons Reid Meyer, Riley (Sarah) Meyer, Drew Chellsen, Nate Gonzales, Leland Gonzales, Ryan Evenson, Alex Evenson, and Justin Evenson, along with many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Williams, father Ralph Williams, brother Ralph Williams, and sister Suzanne Savage. Visitation will be Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Monday, November 14, 2022 at 10:00 am at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 9300 Jason Avenue NE, Monticello with funeral service at 11:00 am.
