Barbara Jean Donnelly of Elk Grove, CA died peacefully in her sleep on July 16, 2022. Barbara was born in Sharon, PA on July 31, 1939. It was in Sharon, PA that she met and married her beloved husband Bill. Bill preceded his bride of 59 years in death in 2019. She is survived by her daughter Missy Donnelly. Barbara was known for her wonderful smile, infectious laugh and witty humor. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Giants and 49ers. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time and travel with her daughter. She lived in Marin County for over 30+ years where she met so many close friends and colleagues. Barb and Bill moved to Elk Grove, CA in 2003. Upon joining Valley High Country Club, they made many new friends that brought them so much joy and happiness. At her request, there will be no service; a celebration of her life will be held this fall.
