Barbara A. Loudenberry, 82, of The Villages FL, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, was called home Monday, October 7, 2019.
Barbara was married to her loving husband, John (Jack) Loudenberry on September 24, 1955; they were married for 63 years.
Barbara was born in New York, NY on July 3, 1937. Barbara worked as a seamstress at Gary Lee Blouse Factory, in Phillipsburg, NJ. She then moved on to be a waitress at several local establishments in Phillipsburg where she made many friends. Barbara continued and ended her serving career right here at Perkins Restaurant in The Villages, FL where again, she made many true and lasting friendships.
Barbara enjoyed: golfing, (where she obtained 3 holes-in-one) bowling, bingo, traveling with Jack and spending time with her friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband John, her parents George and Anna Ringhoff, sisters; Jane, Pauline, Dorothy and Evelyn and Brother Arthur.
Those left to cherish her memory include: her children, Dan and (Lori) Loudenberry, Jacqui Bonney, Scott and (Lynn) Loudenberry, Colleen and (Kevin) Hall, and Karen Havlik, a sister and seven brothers. Nothing made Barbara happier than spending time with her 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Barbara also touched the lives of many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at The Chapel of Christian Faith, 1401 Paradise Drive, Lady Lake, FL on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital or The Special Olympics.
