Aureliano Trevi?o passed away at Amara Hospice Inpatient Facility in Edinburg, Texas on November 10, 2021. He was born July 4, 1926 and grew up on Mission, Texas where he met his wife, Consuelo Rodriguez and enjoyed their marriage of 73 years. They moved to Illinois after 12 years of marriage, where he worked as a machinist until he retired and they returned back to the Valley.
Aureliano is survived by his wife, Consuelo R. Trevi?o; children Ismelda Dye, Aureliano Trevi?o Jr., Maricruz Garcia, Norma Lee Trevi?o and deceased son Raul Trevi?o; grandchildren; Robert LaForte, James LaForte, Viane Paris, Yvette Garcia, Marissa Trevi?o and Olivia Trevi?o, and 4 great grandchildren.
His greatest joy was working with cars an being a handyman around the house. He also led a Christian- centered way of life. He attended church regularly and had a Bible studies in their home for many years. His greatest joy was baseball. He was a loyal Chicago Cubs and White Sox fan and was able to see both teams win the World Series in his lifetime.
Visitation will be held by Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission, Texas on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 3-9pm with a same Rosary at 7pm. Burial will be following day 10am on Saturday, November 20, 2021at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen, Texas.
