Rev. Arthur B. Everett after 82 years he left his earthly residency of New Stanton, PA to dwell forever in his new home Heaven on June 3, 2022.
Preceded in death by his parents; Karl and Nellie Everett of Latrobe and a brother: Karl Everett, Norman, Okla. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Rev. Dr. Cora Jean Black of New Stanton, a niece; Dianna and Bill Hetzel, a nephew; Christopher and Debbie Everett all of Norman, Okla.
Retired US Navy Officer CW04 OF 21 1/2 yrs, serving 5 1/2 yrs in Vietnam war waters. Owner and President of New Stanton Historical Society and Co-owner with his wife Dr. Cora Jean Black of Sea-Jay's Marriage and Wedding Chapel in New Stanton. After traveling the "Seas of Life" for God and Country, he was a born-again Christian entered the PORT of eternal rest and peace with his Maker and Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Visitation for family and friends will be June 5th 5-7pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg. Funeral will be held in the funeral home on June 6th at 12 noon officiated by Rev. Almon Birt, Greensburg, Dr. Cora Jean Black, New Stanton, and Rev. Thomas Shirer, Youngwood.
