Antoinette C.Echols, 75, of New Britain CT passed away peacefully, January 30, 2021. Antoinette was born in Detroit Michigan. She worked at Corbin Russwin for 18 years. She also worked at Friendship Center in New Britain for over 10 years. Antoinette was a member of Spotswood A.M.E. Zion Church of New Britain CT.
Antoinette is survived by her daughter Monique (Echols) Darakjian of New Britain, CT. Her son ,Roger (Monica Risco) Echols of New Britain, CT, Stepson Michael A. (Greta) Pierce Sr. of East Hartford . Two sisters Sisters Gail Crockett of West Hartford CT, Ann-Lavern (Thomas) Calagary of Southington CT , Three brothers Theodore Crockett Jr. of Bristol CT, Leonard Crockett, of Wethersfield Joseph (Yvonne) Crockett of Waldorf MD. 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Antoinette was predeceased in death by her husband Roger Echols of 56 years, her parents Theodore Crockett Sr. and Bernice Weiss, a son Eric L. Echols a sister Ann Crockett, and a grandchild Leanna Echols.
A Walk-through viewing and visitation will be held Saturday Feb.13th from 9am to 11am at Spotswood A.M.E. Zion Church 25 Crestwood Lane, New Britain. The Home going service will follow at 11am which will be private for immediate family only. The service will be held on-line from 11am-12:30pm EST. atthespott.org
