Anne was born in Jefferson, SC, but lived most of her life in Rock Hill, SC after being adopted by the late George Samuel Rollings and the late Lucy Mae Fletcher Rollings. She worked for the City of Rock Hill, having retired in 2004, after 33 years, during which she volunteered with Rolling in Rock Hill and the development of Riverwalk Communities. Anne was a member of Northside Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, served in the nursery, and participated in multiple mission trips to Kentucky and South Dakota. Anne assisted in starting the Rock Hill High School Class of 1962 Socials and thoroughly enjoyed those gatherings, usually taking many photos. Anne loved to crochet and work in her flower beds, but especially loved being a G'ma.
