Anne Marie Burchhardt (Annie) beloved partner, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend passed tragically on Sunday, July 17, 2022. She was 55 years old. Annie is survived by her parents Ted and Betty Skumurski, her partner Thomas Ayers, sons Mark Burchhardt (Emily), and Matthew Burchhardt (Karlyn), siblings MaryK Thoman (Andrew), Christine Murphy (Michael), Ted Skumurski (Michele), Laurie Skumurski (John Santiago) and Joseph Skumurski (Jamie), as well as by her beloved granddaughters Olivia and Madelyn Burchhardt and her many nieces and nephews, Christa Touzin, Kyle Touzin (Heather), Tyler Touzin, Davis Kakely, Todd Thoman, Rachel Skumurski, Joseph Skumurski, Thomas Skumurski, Tanner Skumurski, Kennedy Skumurski and great nephew Jeffrey Wilder.Annie lived life in the moment and to the fullest. She loved being out in nature, on the lake in the Adirondacks, sitting at the beach reading her book and watching the sunrise. Her smile warmed hearts and her laughter lightened your day. Annie believed in collecting memories, not things, enjoying life because it was not a rehearsal, and that life was too short to drink out of an ugly glass. Annie will live forever in our hearts.
