Anna Marie Lammers, 93, of Napoleon, Ohio died Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio. She was born April 28, 1929 in Napoleon, Ohio to the late Arthur and Emma (Precht) Miller. On February 20, 1949, she married Wilfred Wachtman and he preceded her in death on November 15, 1977. On April 30th, 1982, she married Donald Lammers and he survives.
Anna worked at Campbell Soup Company in the Research Department. She was homemaker but also shared the joys and trials of raising hogs, land farming, and working side-by-side with her first husband, Willie as he repaired cars. She was a faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Liberty Center, Ohio. She was an avid card player and won many euchre tournaments with her husband, Don, as well as going to the casino. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and struggled with the "Technology Age", sometimes successfully, to video chat with grandkids and great grandkids.
She is also survived by her children, Lee (Joellen) Wachtman, Debra (Gary) Fausey, Jane (Lee) Genter, and Jim (Bobbi) Wachtman; stepchildren, Mike (Diane) Lammers, Beth Ann (Dan) Huddle, Nick (Gayle) Lammers, Bonnie (Jerry) Niese, Connie (Todd) Fiore; 26 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; siblings, Arthur Miller and Ruth Bertz. She was also preceded in death by a stepson, Dave Lammers; siblings, Harold Miller, Regina Cordes, Norman Miller, and Martha Koppenhofer; sisters-in-law, Pauline Miller, Lorna Miller, Louise Miller Fahringer, and Jackie Miller, and brothers-in-law, Orville Cordes, Alton Koppenhofer and Richard Bertz.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7th, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Liberty Center, Ohio. A graveside service will take place at 1:30 p.m. at Grelton Cemetery following the luncheon at the church.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon and Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
