Ann Knake Ridge, longtime resident of Anacortes, WA, passed away on Friday October 1, 2021. She was born on Guemes Island on August 14, 1930, to Erma and Harry Knake.
She was adored by all who met her and well known due to her life's work managing restaurant kitchens and cocktail bars - always with that beautiful smile and great sense of humor.
Ann is survived by the love of her life, Larry Weis, her son Don Keltz (Julie) and daughter Karen Ness (Raphael), as well as grandchildren Kevin (Lindsay) Macdonald, Donnie (Kristen) Keltz, Angela (Sasha) Keltz, Steve (Chene) Keltz, Douglas Keltz, sister, Jean Moore; brother Bob Deutsch; great grands, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by son David Keltz, grandson Davey Keltz, brothers Bill and Harold Knake and nephew Harold Knake.
Ann was the epitome of strength and fiercely independent. She will be missed dearly, her smile never forgotten.
