Angelo P Micciulla, Jr., of Middlefield, CT, passed away recently at New Britain General Hospital after a brief Illness. He had turned 90 years old in June of this year. His death was recorded at 2:20 pm on Wednesday, August the 26th, 2020.
Angelo was predeceased by his wife Molly who passed in 2015. He is survived by his three children, David Micciulla of Florence Italy, Lori Depietro and Mark Micciulla both of Middlefied, CT. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Angleo was born in Middletown, CT on June 3rd, 1930 to Angelo and Elvira Micciulla of Melilli, Sicily. Angelo attended local schools in Middletown. He was married to Molly (Michelina) Rizzo who was also born in Middletown, CT.
Angelo enjoyed a long career in the food business having a successful brokerage company of his own and was the National Sales Manager for Mancini Foods for over 25 years. His nationwide network of friends and business associates will miss his wit and knowledge.
A small funeral was held at D'Angelo's Funeral Home on September 1St and he was buried at Saint Sebastian's cemetery next to his beloved wife.
