Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Services for Altonisha Lakeita Yell Hobbs, of Dickinson, on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 2920 Highway 3 in Dickinson. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM followed by services at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster.
"Lay" as she was fondly known, was born October 4, 1993, in Galveston. to Mary Carraway and Alton "Keita" Yell. She was reared by her late grandmother, Wilma Yell, and was a graduate of Dickinson High School. She was employed as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Altonisha quietly departed this life on Sunday March 27, 2022 in Webster. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband and soulmate Aaron J. Hobbs Sr.; children, Aaron J. Hobbs Jr. and Audrey J. Hobbs; mother, Mary Carraway; siblings, James Carraway Jr, Jarvis Carraway, Jontel Stevenson, Alexus Yell and Diamond McGaskey; devoted in-laws Vincent F. and Michelle W. Hobbs; and a host of nieces, nephews and family members.
