Alma Zenona Keys

Alma Zenona Keys (nee Gluch), age 94, of Cherry Hill, passed away on February 26, 2023. She was born in Camden, NJ on July 9, 1928, to the late John and Emma (nee Nisztal) Gluch, both natives of Poland. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Bill, and her sister, Natalie Campanell.

A graduate of Glassboro State Teachers' College, Alma was an elementary school teacher for over 40 years, mostly in Somerdale, NJ. She loved traveling with her husband, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Forever grateful for the heart transplant that her husband received in 1990, she volunteered for many years with the Gift of Life donor program. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Shaw (the late Jack), her son, Bill (Margot), and her grandchildren Zach Naegele, Aidan Shaw, Lena Keys, and Allie Shaw.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023, 11am-12pm at Holy Eucharist Parish (344 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill, NJ), with a Funeral Mass beginning promptly at Noon. Entombment will take place, immediately following, at New St. Mary Mausoleum & Cemetery (Bellmawr, NJ).
