Allyn Michelle Patterson, 57, of Berkeley Springs, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, with her husband by her side.
Born in March of 1966 in Rockville, MD, Allyn was the daughter of Thomas Sidney Fitzgerald, Sr. (deceased 2021), and Dolores Sicilia Fitzgerald (85).
Allyn received a Master of Education at the University of Maryland at College Park, and started a technology career which would last for more than 30 years. In 1993, Allyn married Willard, and moved to their current home in Berkeley Springs, WV. Here, they started their life together, which would include the birth of their two sons, Jordan and Taylor. And over the years, the appearance of their loving pets, Sean, Mitch, Bailey, Aaron and Emma, and Marty.
Allyn is survived by her husband of 30 years, Willard U. Patterson; her children, Jordan and Taylor; her mother, Dolores Sicilia Fitzgerald; her brother Thomas S. Fitzgerald, Jr. and his wife Abby.
Allyn is preceded in death by two brothers, Steven M. Fitzgerald (1983) and Peter J. Fitzgerald (2016).
A Memorial Service will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation is made in Allyn's name to VALOR Clinic Foundation, or a charity of your choosing.
