Allen N. Aiken, 77, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2021 at his home in Citrus Springs, FL surrounded by his loving family. Allen was born on April 3, 1943 in Haverhill, MA to the late Neill Aiken and Lois Spaulding Ricker. He grew up in Georgetown, MA graduating from Perley High, class of '61. He attended Northeastern University and Worcester Polytechnic University. He married the love of his life, Judith Rollo, in 1963 and later settled in Epping, NH where he built their family home and raised their three beautiful children. He worked most of his career as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for Mass Electric Construction Co, in Boston, MA. In 1997 they retired to their second home in Citrus Springs, FL where they enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Alaska, Panama Canal and the Caribbean. His greatest passion, second to his family, was his love for fishing. Retirement in Florida gave him the time and the perfect fishing environment to design, craft, test and perfect his own fishing lure he proudly called the "Fishstick 3 in 1." He also authored a book, teaching others on how to make his lures, titled "Fishing With A Stick". He is survived by his wife of 57 years Judith (Rollo) Aiken of Citrus Springs, FL. Three children, Crystal Martin and her husband Kyle of Glendale, SC; Charles Aiken and his wife Kathy of Browndale, PA and Joanna Aiken of Epping, NH; 9 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; Sister in-law Vicki Clifton and her husband JR of Dunnellon, FL; Sister in-law Linda McConnell and her husband Robert of Stanton, MI.; extended family members and life long friends. No services are planned at this time. A celebration of his life was held on his birthday, April 3, at his home.
