Allan Dvorak, loving husband and father, went home to the arms of his Heavenly Father on August 10, 2020.
Allan was born on August 2, 1960, to Edward and Margaret (Binstock) Dvorak. Allan grew up on the family ranch in Manning, ND. After graduating from Killdeer High School, he continued to farm and ranch with his father.
It took many attempts for Allan to secure a first date, but after four years of dating, he married his loving wife of 37 years, Reyne Jablonsky, on May 27, 1983. He owned and operated Sunrise Dairy until he moved to Grapevine, TX in 1986, where he established a career in road construction. Allan quickly became a well-known and respected leader within the industry. He loved his job and O. Trevino Construction family.
Allan's faith played an important role in his life. He attended mass weekly at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Grapevine, TX. He joined the Knights of Columbus in 1986 and continued his membership throughout his life. As a 3rd Degree Knight with Council #8512, he enjoyed making and serving breakfast after Sunday services.
Allan's greatest joy in life was being a father, and his greatest passion was spending time with his family. He was most proud of his children. Their hobbies were his hobbies, ever changing as they grew. From countless weekends boating on Lake Ray Roberts to softball, soccer, and marching band, he was always on the sidelines cheering his children on. Allan loved long hikes and camping with his son, working in the yard, and tinkering in his garage. He was a MacGyver of DIY and always willing to lend a helping hand. Allan was not a shy man. He was a straight shooter who never hesitated to share his opinion and wore his heart on his sleeve. Having never met a stranger, Allan lived life to its fullest. Gone too soon and forever in our hearts.
Allan's loving family includes his wife Reyne and children, Tyler and Kalcey all of Haslet, TX; his mother, Margaret Dvorak, siblings, Sharlene (Jerry) Tuhy, Janel (Galen) Jablonsky, Randy Dvorak, Ed (Beth) Dvorak, Terry (Marci) Dvorak, all of Dickinson, ND; Judy (Gordy) Augustine of Two Rivers, WI, and Kathy (Mike) Johnson of Rapid City, SD; mother and father in-law, Don and Rosemary Jablonsky, brothers-in-law, Rod (Kris) Jablonsky, Ryan (Ashley Lewinski) Jablonsky, all of Haslet, TX, Rick (Jennifer) Jablonsky of Parachute, CO and many nieces and nephews.
Allan was preceded in death by his father, Edward Dvorak; sister-in-law, Gina Dvorak and brother-in-law, Randy Jablonsky.
