Alan Dewey Burdick, 75, of Huntersville, NC passed away on June 1, 2022. He was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico on March 27, 1947 to the late Leon Maxium Burdick and Mae Peterson.
Along with his parents, Alan is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Burdick; son, Brian Burdick; and grandson, Ayden Burdick.
He is survived by his son, Bradley (Barbara) Burdick; daughter, Kimberly (Aaron) Clymens; and grandchildren, Abigail Clymens and Logan Burdick.
Alan was many things; a husband, father, mentor, leader, inventor, scientist, entrepreneur, engineer, chemist, Scout leader, train enthusiast, and most of all a man of God. He left a legacy that will live forever.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Grace Covenant located 17301 Statesville Road, Cornelius, NC 28031. The family will receive friends at Alan’s home following the service.
The family has created an email address to which friends can post a favorite Mister B story or encounter along with a photo to be compiled by the family and shared with the many people who knew and loved Alan.
