Adrick "Rick" Holt, 90, passed away on Sat., Feb. 6, 2021. A service will be held on Thurs., Feb. 18, 2021 at 1PM at Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Wounded Warriors at www.woundedwarriorsproject.org and/or Caring Circle of Lakeland at www.spectrumhealthlakeland.org. Those wishing to leave an online condolence may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com. Rick was born Jan.13, 1931 in Loretto, TN to Claude and Pearlie Holt. He proudly served our country by enlisting in the US Army - Paratrooper Division. After he was discharge, Rick moved to St. Joseph, MI where he owned a variety of businesses. Rick's passion for the restoration of historic yachts led him to leave St. Joseph, MI exploring the Great Lakes. In 1982, he made Florida his final destination and in 1996 he retired as Founder, President & CEO of Oxy-Med, Inc. After 38 years in FL he returned home to MI and the community he so loved. Rick is survived by Sheri Holt, beloved wife of 48 years; children, Adrick "Trooper" II and Tamra Brown; sisters, Vurla Weeder and Leotto Kut; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, J.W. Holt & Joyce McDonald.
