Ada Elizabeth (Meyer) Enos, age 90, of Somerset, PA, formerly a long-time resident of Rockwood, PA, passed away on May 19, 2020. Ada was born on November 20, 1929 in Sharpsburg, PA and graduated from Meyersdale Area High School. Ada married the love of her life, James H. Enos in 1950 and was married for 55 years. Ada lived a full life as a wonderful mother, grandmother, homemaker. She worked for Rockwood Insurance, Deer Valley YMCA, & Roy Rogers. She loved to cook, sew, and kept an immaculate house. She enjoyed her weekly outings to the Senior Center with her friends and was an active member of The Red Hat Society. Most of all she loved her family and instilled in her children and grandchildren a strong work ethic and to cherish life. Ada was known for her feisty, yet good sense of humor and "Dressed to the Nines." She was very proud of her family and was the "Nanny" to her four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Ada loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. She was the beloved mother of Beth Kemler (James), Lori Turner (John), & James "JR" (Aimee), grandmother of Sarah Ziegler (Greg) , Molly Wheeler (Jake), Elle (Derek Ellis) , Anna and great-grandmother of John "JP" Ziegler, & Crew Wheeler. Predeceased by her devoted husband James, parents: Edith and Jacob Meyers, sisters: Edith, Emma, Sarah, and Frances, and brothers: Earl, Edward, Robert, and Charles. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed, and so always dear. -unknown.
